TSC Executive Director

Tennessee Soccer Club was formed almost a year ago as a result of the merger between Brentwood Soccer Club (BWSC) and Tennessee Futbol Club (TNFC). TSC serves approximately 1,600 players ranging from 8 to 18 years old. It’s mission is to foster a love and passion for soccer by developing players, supporting coaches, appreciating parents, and positively impacting our community. 

We are seeking an Executive Director to be the “off-field” CEO of our club. The primary responsibilities include, but not be limited to: executing the “off-field” annual plan, spread the mission of TSC, oversee the implementation of the club’s strategic plan, manage and maintain operations manual, manage administrative staff, oversee club calendar, oversee tournaments, oversee volunteers, oversee college recruiting, oversee communications, manage partner relationships, develop and manage execution of annual budget, manage fundraising/sponsorship plan, manage sponsorship relationships, act as liaison between TSC and local governments. The Executive Director would report to the TSC BOD.

Ideal Candidate Skill Set:
•3-5 years experience in business, preferably business management, including strategic planning, human resources, and board development.
•Experience in fundraising, with an emphasis on corporate sponsorships, special events, and foundation grant seeking.
•Experience in financial administration, including budget development and management, preparation of monthly income and expense reports, and general accounting
•Branding and marketing expertise, as well as demonstrated success in membership development.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required and advanced degree in finance, business administration, or non-profit management or professional equivalent experience is preferred
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Passion for youth development through sports
•Ability to pass a criminal history and child abuse database background check
