The TSC portion of the assignor fee ($5) for state league matches that are played at a TSC field (Crockett, Downs, Rec Center, Tower, and Trinity) are covered by the club budget and not payable to the center ref by the team.  If state league matches are played at an away field, please check with the hosting team for information on how the assignor fee will be covered.

If you must cancel a game scheduled by your team after the Wednesday before the weekend a game is played (or within 48 hours), you must contact the assignor Randy Pavlovich directly at referee@tennesseesoccerclub.org to cancel the scheduled referees.  If you do not do this and the referees show up for the scheduled game, your team will be responsible for paying 100% of the referee fees for that match.
