FRANKLIN, TN - In the first year of participation in the ECNL, TSC had six teams earn the right to compete in the ECNL National Playoffs. Four Girls ECNL teams traveled to Seattle for their playoffs while two Boys ECNL teams traveled to Boston.
The four Girls ECNL teams competing in Seattle were the 2004, 2003, 2002 and 2001 teams. The 2001 and 2003 Boys ECNL teams were in Boston representing TSC. “We were thrilled to have six teams participating in the playoffs during our first year of competition in the ECNL,” said TSC ECNL Director Dean Blain. "Each team represented the club very well and performed at a high level. We knew this league would provide difficult competition for our players, which is exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t be more proud of how our players responded to that all year and raised their own level of play week in and week out.”
The 2003 Boys ECNL team advanced out of their group and then won their quarter-final match in Boston. This week they will travel to Denver to compete for the National Championship. Follow TSC on all social media platforms to stay up-to-date with their trip to Denver.
