Two members of the 2001 Boys ECNL team are representing TSC in Italy while participating with the Region III ODP team this week. Will Turner and Cameron Carroll are enjoying this tremendous experience after being selected to travel with the team and compete against top Italian youth club teams.

"The training was high level and getting to experience new drills was fun," said Cameron. "It's great to be in a culture built around football." The days spent competing in this environment will enhance their development as players as they interact with some of the best youth players and coaches in Italy. Will says that "training with the academy coaches shows you what is expected at the highest level of European football." During their stay in Italy, the Region III team will visit Ciamino in Milan, Parma and Chievo Verona.

The trip isn't all about soccer development, however. The players are getting to experience various cities in Italy and all the unique culture that exists there. One of the best parts of the trip according to will? "Verona is great, but the gelato is better!"
