New TSC Empowers Initiative Launches to Develop Leadership On and Off the Field
FRANKLIN, TN - On Monday afternoon, Tennessee Soccer Club formally announced its newest initiative, the TSC Empowers program. TSC Empowers is an initiative designed to empower ALL members of the TSC community to be leaders on and off the field through mentorship and engagement.
"I am very excited today to announce TSC Empowers," said TSC Executive Director Stuart Brown. "Its focus is to provide leadership opportunities for our TSC community, players and coaches."
Kristen Vlahos, U15-U19 Girls Director of Coaching, and Dani Padilla, Pre-Academy Director, will lead the TSC Empowers program.
"TSC Empowers is a program designed around finding opportunities to provide additional support for the players in our community," Vlahos said. "In its simplest form, the goal of TSC Empowers is to bring fun back to the game through mentorship, leadership, togetherness, and engagement which we use as our four pillars."
"I really hope TSC Empowers brings a sense of community and belonging to the whole TSC program from our U6/7 players all the way up to our USL 2 and USL W to show them that TSC is so much more than just a place where they play soccer."

Tennessee Soccer Club (TSC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Williamson County and the surrounding Greater Nashville area. TSC's Mission is "to promote a love for soccer by developing excellence in the game for our players and coaches to positively impact our member families and communities.”
Since 2012, TSC has been the premier youth soccer club in the state of Tennessee and currently serves over 3,500 players participating in recreational, competitive and/or supplemental soccer programs across four locations: TSC Murfreesboro, TSC Nashville, TSC Sumner and TSC Williamson. TSC teams compete locally, regionally, and nationally in leagues such as the Tennessee Youth Soccer League, USYS National League and Mid South Conference, and the Elite Clubs National League. TSC also fields two U23 pre-professional teams competing in USL W League (women’s) and USL League Two (men’s). TSC has won multiple state and national championships in recent years through competition in these leagues.
