FRANKLIN, TN – It may be summer, but that just means more competitive soccer for Tennessee Soccer Club. 

The end of June has been busy for TSC with the USYS Southern Regional Championships in Murfreesboro, TN. The 2004 Murfreesboro Girls Showcase team highlighted the action, advancing all the way to the Regional Finals before getting edged 1-0 by Florida State Champion Team Boca. The group will move on, however, qualifying for the USYS National Championships in Orlando, FL July 19-24. 

With another strong showing for the TSC in the U19 Girls, as 2003/04 ECNL RL team made it to the regional semifinals.

Out in Seattle, WA at the ECNL Girls National Playoffs, the TSC girls were competing and the 2009 ECNL RL Girls represented TSC by finishing 5th in the nation in the ECNL Regional League.

Just south in San Diego, CA, the ECNL Boys competed in their National Playoffs with the 2007 Boys making it to the Round of 16 and a thrilling match that went all the way to the 5th round of PKs before falling on the final shooter.

Earlier in the month, the Boys Academy competed in the SuperCopa event in Salt Lake City, UT.

“I am very proud of our teams competing across the country,” said TSC Executive Director Stuart Brown. “This just shows the commitment and dedication of our players, coaches, families, and staff to be able to perform and succeed at every level of our club.”
