FRANKLIN, TN - Tennessee Soccer Club announced today a new ECNL leadership structure that includes the promotion of two current staff members. Ronnie Woodard has been promoted to ECNL Girls Director and Andy Robertson is named the ECNL Boys Director. In their new roles, Woodard and Robertson will work with ECNL staff in overseeing and leading all ECNL and ECNL RL operations and programming in their respective areas.

“We are thrilled to put these changes in place as we approach the 2024-25 season,” said Executive Director Stuart Brown. “This change to a Boys and Girls Director will have an instant impact on our ECNL programming by providing more consistent and specific focus to these respective groups. A change in leadership is never easy, however we are confident that Ronnie and Andy will continue moving our ECNL and ECNL RL programs in the right direction.”

Director of Soccer Stephen Jordan says, “This is a massive step forward for TSC ECNL and ECNL RL. Ronnie and Andy are going to provide fantastic leadership for our players and I am excited to see where they take our program.”

“I am honored and excited to serve the Tennessee Soccer Club community,” said Woodard. “My passion for women’s soccer has spanned my entire lifetime, and Im grateful for this opportunity to work with talented groups of players and coaches. Tennessee Soccer Club ECNL has a rich soccer history, and I am looking forward to building upon past successes, and achieving new milestones with our program.”

Woodard joined TSC in 2012, winning one USYS national championship in 2016 with the U18 Girls, a team that went on to be named to the Tennessee Soccer Hall of Fame. ATLANTA (Oct. 22, 2025) – The U.S. Under-16 Girls’ National Team will travel to England from Oct. 22-31 for a training camp and games at St. George’s Park, England’s National Training Center, located about 120 miles north of London. The USA will face its counterparts from England on Oct. 28 and Oct. 31, giving this age group valuable international competition. All players in this camp were born in 2010 and represent the core of the team that will compete to qualify for the 2027 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. As this will be Katie Schoepfer’s cycle, and she is currently in Morocco coaching at the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, Ronnie Woodward will be the head coach for this camp and matches. This year marks the beginning of FIFA’s annual staging of FIFA U-17 WWC — as opposed to biannually as it was in the past — and the tournament will be held in Morocco for the next five years. The camp is part of the Federation’s continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for Youth National Teams to create more opportunities for young players to advance through the pathway to the senior National Team with the goal of representing their country at a world championship.
